Elbe-BillyElbe-Billy (Tarek el Bebbili) ist an allem Schuld! Er bewegte Steff dazu, wieder Comics zu verlegen.
Er wurde 1969 in Hamburg geboren.
Neben verschiedener Auftragsarbeiten veröffentlichte er Comics bei Panini und Undergroundcomix.de. (aktuell „Die Chronik der Kakerlaken“) sowie auf verschiedenen Online-Plattformen. Da die Verlage in Deutschland trotz vieler ambitionierter, einheimischer Künstler größtenteils noch immer auf ausländische Künstler zurückgreifen anstatt die eigene Szene zu fördern, meint er:
„Zieht Euer Ding durch, und lasst Euch nicht unterbuttern von Leuten, die nur kritisieren und selber nichts zustande bringen!“
